The Willow Brook Metropolitan District Board of Directors will hold its regular meeting tomorrow, Friday, October 16, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
The meeting agenda, Board meeting packet, and proposed 2027 budget are included below for your review.
Please note that the draft 2027 budget is being provided as a starting point for discussions between the Board and Ruby Ranch community members. The budget is subject to further review and revisions, and no Board action will be taken on the budget at this meeting.
The meeting will be held in person at the Gate House, 524 Ruby Road, Silverthorne, Colorado, with virtual participation available via Zoom. Meeting access information is included in the agenda.
