Colorado Revised Statute 42-4-214, which is also adopted by Summit County and guides Willow Brook Metro District warns citizens that flashing blue and yellow lights to use extra caution around District equipment.
The blue lights are more visible in harsh conditions; and residents are asked to use extreme caution as plows may have extra wide blades or extended wings may be in use. Our Ranch Manager may need to shift suddenly across lanes - so care must be taken both in behind and oncoming traffic conditions.
