WBMD May 26 resignation letter.pdfThe Willow Brook Metropolitan District anticipates a vacancy on the Board of Directors at the conclusion of the June 19, 2026 regular Board meeting. Director Lewis has provided formal notice of his resignation from the Board, effective as part of that meeting.
In advance of the anticipated vacancy, the District is asking any community members who may be interested in serving on the Board of Directors to contact Sue Blair with Community Resource Services of Colorado and submit a brief bio and/or letter of interest no later than Friday, June 5, 2026, at sblair@crsofcolorado.com.
To be eligible to serve on the Board, an individual must be registered to vote in the State of Colorado and must either reside within the District or be an owner, or the spouse or civil union partner of an owner, of taxable real or personal property within the District in their own name.
Please note that the Board cannot appoint a replacement director until the vacancy formally exists. However, identifying interested and qualified individuals in advance will allow the Board to consider an appointment at the June 19, 2026 meeting, following the effective resignation.
