Private Snow Removal - CRS 43-5-301
Snow removed from private driveways must stay on the property. Citizens are not allowed to push or blow snow from their property onto District roads or ditches.
This applies to private contractors hired by residents. If a private contractor ignores this policy, the employer will be held accountable.
